Lab Grown Diamonds

Man made diamonds, also known as engineered or cultured diamonds, are grown in highly controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes. 

Mined diamonds are formed under an immense level of heat and pressure deep in the earth’s ground. Using cutting edge technology and creating the conditions under which diamonds are naturally developed we can create beautiful diamonds in labs. 

Lab made diamonds are visually, chemically and physically indistinguishable from naturally mined diamonds. Lab made diamonds are made of the same properties as mined diamonds resulting in the same beautiful sparkle. 

The only significant difference is where the diamond was formed, either it was created underground or in a laboratory.

Using a jewellery loupe, man made diamonds are nearly impossible to differentiate from natural diamonds. Lab grown diamonds can be distinguished from natural diamonds only with tests using specialized equipment. Lab created diamonds available for purchase should always come with a gem certification identifying them as laboratory grown.

Lab-grown diamonds are created through a sustainable process and all lab-grown diamonds are treated the same as mined diamonds.
